The space was designed from the shell with purpose. Original historic floors and ceiling beams and everything white and clean.

Situated on the ground floor of 2023 Calle Loiza in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The artists residency is upstairs.

Over 1500sf of highly adjustable space. Designed with flow and art presentation in mind.

In this example we hang five 9’x4’ paintings and a 4’x4’ piece. We can also use the outdoor space or hang pieces from the ceiling in front of the rolling doors and front windows.
