SPOT.

SPOT is the name given to the two building development. The Gallery is the heart of the space and it’s adjoined by the Artists Residency, Malamia Tattoo Studio and five hotel suite residences for the general public. All spaces are influenced by urban contemporary art with murals, interventions and the Elegel Group art collection placed throughout.

GALLERY. Beautiful white box gallery on the east end of Calle Loiza, surrounded by local culture, blocks from the beach and in view of the ocean and el yunque. An open 1500 square foot space with large rolling door to outer patio and multi-use outdoor space. Very configurable for small, medium and large exhibitions and incorporating visual and performing arts as well as food and beverage.

ARTISTS RESIDENCY. 1600 square foot, 2BR, 2BATH with full kitchen, nice bathrooms with walk in showers, studio space and massive rooftop. Comfortable with AC’s in bedrooms and airflow throughout.

Mala Mia Studio. On the second floor of SPOT 2025 is a highly creative boutique tattoo studio that welcomes all. Female owned and managed, the studio has multiple artists representing different styles for everyone. Find them and book an appointment on Instagram at @malamiastudio.
